Watermelon, the big juicy one in Killa's core line
There is a reason watermelon ends up on so many lids. It is sweet, it is juicy and nobody has ever needed it explained. Killa Watermelon is that fruit in Killa's core line, made by the Danish maker N.G.P Tobacco ApS, the same people who make Pablo. The flavour is sweet, juicy watermelon, one fruit, no partner. Killa keeps a single strength across all thirty of its cans, 13.2mg a pouch, so this is a can you pick for the fruit. Here's the thing about watermelon. Done properly, it tastes like the heart of the slice, and this one is done properly.
Cold slice sweetness from the first pouch to the last
Pop a pouch in and it is a cold wedge of watermelon from the fridge on the one hot day of the British summer, light, sweet and full of juice. The sweetness is gentle rather than sugary, so it never cloys across the load, and it spreads evenly across the gum. It holds steady from the first pouch to the last, with no fade and nothing bitter creeping in. It finishes clean and light, a little fruit left over. Fair play to it. Watermelon with the pips taken out.
13.2mg a pouch, the Killa figure behind the watermelon
Every pouch holds 13.2mg of nicotine, which puts it in our medium band, the one from 8mg to 16mg, towards the upper end. Killa runs the same figure across the core line and the Exclusive line, so Watermelon is level with Killa Melon and Killa Exclusive Strawberry Watermelon, and only the fruit changes. Uptake is quick and the curve is even, no spike, which is what makes Killa a good all day snus. Slim white pouches, 20 to a can. Medium strength with a summer fruit on top.

For the regular who wants the juiciest fruit on the shelf
Watermelon suits the everyday medium strength snus user who likes fruit light and sweet without any sharp edge. It is a natural pick for anyone who enjoys Melon and wants more juice, and a reliable one for the warmer months. If it lands, Killa Exclusive Strawberry Watermelon adds strawberry to the same fruit at the same 13.2mg, and Killa Melon is the softer, rounder melon next to it. Give it a go.
