There is no 12mg version to work up from. It is crisp green apple with a sparkling fizz on top and a cool finish, and it carries the biggest number the brand makes. Here's the thing. Apple is usually a gentle flavour. Put fizz on it and 43mg behind it and it stops being gentle.
