Frosty Berry is the Nordic Spirit can that surprises people on the first pouch, because the name says berry and the first thing you taste is peppermint. Nordic Spirit is a JTI brand, created in Sweden in 2018, with the pouches now produced in Poland, and Frosty Berry reached UK shelves in 2025, launched as a pair with Frosty Mint. It sits in the brand's Moist range, which is the label on the pack, and this is the 11mg version, sold as X-Strong on the can. That makes it the strongest berry can Nordic Spirit puts on our shelf. Fresh peppermint first, the berry arrives on the finish
Pop one in and the peppermint is out of the gate first, fresh and icy, the kind of cold you get from the first step outside on a December morning. Then the berry turns up behind it, fruity and a little sweet, and it is the berry that finishes each pouch rather than the mint. The maker builds the Moist range with more moisture for a softer feel and a quicker flavour release, so both halves show up early and stay together through the load. Neither one takes over. Mint at the front, berry at the back, and a clean cold finish. Proper two act flavour.
