Pop one in and it is ripe mango straight off, sweet and juicy, like the mango slices from the chiller cabinet at the big supermarket. Within a few seconds a light fresh mint twinge arrives behind it and keeps the sweetness from going sticky. The mango holds its shape right through the load and the mint never takes over, it just sits at the back and keeps things fresh. The finish is clean and a touch cool.
