Pablo Exclusive Passion Fruit is the passion fruit flavour from the Exclusive line, the 30mg line at the top of the Danish brand's range. Exclusive is the biggest line Pablo makes, thirty cans on our shelf, and this is one of the tropical ones. Here's the thing. Same fruit as the Gold can, same tang, and a number nearly twice the size behind it. No messing about.
Tangy passion fruit, sweet underneath, sharp on top
Pop one in and it is passion fruit straight away, that sharp, seedy tang you get from the little purple ones split open with a teaspoon. The sweetness sits under the tang rather than on top of it, so the flavour stays lively instead of going sugary. No mint, no frost, just the fruit. It holds right through the load and finishes sharp and clean, with the tang lasting longer than the sweetness. A proper tropical flavour with its edges left on. Fair play to it.
