The peach is first out of the pouch, soft and ripe rather than sharp, the kind you get from a tin at a Sunday tea. The blueberry follows a beat later and sits underneath it, darker and a little jammy, so the two read as one fruit rather than two taking turns. Then the Ice part does its job: a fresh mint twinge that lifts the sweetness instead of covering it. The flavour keeps its shape across the whole load, and the finish is cool and clean with the peach still there at the end. Proper fruit, properly chilled. Fair play to it.
