Pop one in and the strawberry is first, sweet and ripe, the flavour of the strawberry milkshake at the seaside cafe rather than the fruit in a punnet. The banana follows a beat later, soft and smooth, and the two settle together into the bubblegum shape the name promises, sweet and pink and chewy in the way it reads. There is no sourness, no mint, nothing to cut through it. The sweetness holds through the load, and the finish is banana, soft and slow to go.
