Straight up, this is SNU's cherry cola at the top number
Straight up, this is the can people ask about when they spot the red stamp on the lid. SNU Cherry Cola 45mg comes from SNU's Xtra High line, the fourth and highest strength the brand sells, and it is the same cola flavor as the 9mg, 12mg and 18mg cans with a much bigger number under it. White can, purple band, like the rest of the Cherry Cola rungs. The lid is where it gets interesting. It reads 60MG PER GRAM, then six dots filled in plus an X, XTRA HIGH beneath that, and a red stamp that says XTRA STRONG USE RESPONSIBLY. You will not find 45 on there. SNU gives the strength by the gram, and 60mg a gram comes out to 45mg in each pouch, which is what we list. No surprises once you know.
Cherry cola from the fountain, with the number cranked up
Real quick, picture the cherry cola from the fountain at a diner, the kind with some real spice in the cola instead of plain syrup. That is the opening taste, a cola with a little warmth to it. The cherry arrives a beat behind, sweet and smooth, and the two stay together for the rest of the pouch. There is no fizz and no sour edge, just the soda flavor sitting steady on your gum. It finishes round, with a little spice left over, and the last pouch in the can tastes like the first. Same drink as the lower strengths. The only thing that changed is what is behind it.
45mg a pouch, extreme on our scale, SNU's Xtra High
Each pouch carries 45mg of nicotine. On our scale that is extreme, the band that starts at 25mg and goes up, and it is the biggest number in the SNU lineup. The brand's ladder runs Low at 9mg, Medium at 12mg, High at 18mg, then Xtra High at 45mg, so the step from High to here is a big one. Five flavors make that climb: Black Ice, Fizzy Energy, Tropical Punch, Wild Cherry and this one. Slim pouches, 20 in every can. Bottom line, this is a pouch for adults who already use extreme strength pouches every day and want a soda flavor at that level.

Who orders the Xtra High cherry cola, and the two cans beside it
This can fits the SNU regular who has been on Cherry Cola 18mg and wants the same soda with the top number behind it. It also works for adults who use extreme pouches from other brands and want a fruit soda flavor instead of another mint. Not sure you need 45mg? The 18mg Cherry Cola is the same soda one rung down, and it is where most people settle. Want the cherry without the cola at this number? SNU Wild Cherry 45mg sits right beside it. You're set.
