Tropical, pink lid, and the full Phiz 12mg
There is a can on the Phiz shelf with a pink lid, a dripping wavy grin and two tall oval eyes, and that is Tropical. This is the 12mg one, the higher of the two strengths the brand makes, and the fruit can in a range of three flavours. The lid prints no flavour name, so the pink is the tell, with green for the peppermint beside it. The pouch is a mini, which the lid does say. A bright mixed fruit snus at a medium number, in a can that looks like a skate park sticker.

Pineapple, mango and citrus, held all the way
Picture a tropical fruit squash poured over ice on a hot afternoon. Mango and pineapple come in first, sweet and juicy, and a citrus edge sits over the top to stop it going flat. It holds that bright note through the load rather than fading, and the finish is fruity with a bit of the citrus still hanging about. Proper sunshine in a small pouch. Fair play to it.

12mg a pouch, the stronger Phiz
Every pouch carries 12mg of nicotine, which sits in our medium band, 8mg to 16mg. Phiz has a two rung ladder, 6mg and 12mg, for every one of its flavours, so this is the top of the range and Tropical 6mg sits one rung below in the light band. The pouch is a mini, as the lid says. The fruit does the talking, and the number keeps up with it.

Fruit regulars at the medium end
This one suits snus users who like a medium number and go for fruit over mint, and anyone who has been on Tropical 6mg and wants the same blend with more behind it. There is no higher rung at Phiz, so if you want a lighter day the 6mg is the same fruit one step down. For a darker fruit at the same 12mg, Phiz Dark Cherry 12mg is the one next to it. Give it a go.
