What are caffeine pouches?

Same format as nicotine pouches, but filled with caffeine instead. They give you an energy boost without a coffee or energy drink — ideal for the gym, long drives, or when you need to stay sharp. Strengths range from 50 mg (about a strong coffee) up to 100 mg+ for heavy caffeine users.

How do I use a pouch?
  1. Open the can and take one pouch.
  2. Place it flat under your upper lip.
  3. Leave it in for 30–60 minutes. You'll feel a mild tingle as the active ingredient releases.
  4. Dispose of the used pouch in the catch lid on top of the can.

First-time users often feel a stronger sensation — that settles after a few uses. Never swallow a pouch.

How long does a single pouch last?

Most pouches stay active for 30–60 minutes. Stronger pouches and slower-release formulas can last up to 90 minutes. Once the tingle fades, the pouch is spent — bin it.

Are your pouches tobacco-free?

Yes — every product we sell is 100% tobacco-free. We stock modern nicotine pouches, not traditional snus. Ingredients are listed on every product page.

How should I store my pouches?

Keep cans sealed and stored cool and dry — ideally in the fridge once opened. Room-temperature storage is fine short-term, but chilling them keeps moisture and flavour locked in for longer.

What's the difference between slim, super slim, and regular pouches?

Regular pouches are thicker and hold more material — often preferred by experienced users. Slim pouches are the most common size, comfortable for most mouths. Super slim pouches are the most discreet option, ideal for daytime use or newer users.

How fast is UK shipping?

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. UK orders over £39.89 get free Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). UK orders under £39.89 are £2.49 on the same service. US orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked (5–8 business days), free over $299 (≈£237).

When is the same-day dispatch cut-off?

2:00 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that ship the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most of Europe. Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on country and carrier. Note: local import duties and taxes may apply at your end — those are the customer's responsibility. We don't currently ship outside Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier, and a second SMS once it's out for delivery. You can also see tracking inside your account under Orders.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Email info@thesnuslife.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll replace or refund the order — usually within 24 hours once we confirm the issue with the courier.

Which couriers do you use?

UK next-day: DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 24. UK standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48. European: DPD or DHL.

Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Clearpay, and PayPal. We don't accept Bitcoin or bank transfer.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

One discount code per order. Automatic promotions (like free shipping over £39.89 or bundle discounts) stack with code-based discounts where possible — the checkout tells you clearly what's been applied.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — our Bundles save up to 30% off single-can pricing. For larger quantities or B2B orders (retailers, wholesalers), email info@thesnuslife.com for custom pricing.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us within an hour of placing it and we'll update or cancel it. Once it's with the courier we can't intercept, so you'd need to refuse delivery and we'd refund on return.

Returns & refunds

What's your returns policy?

30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Customer covers return postage unless the item was damaged or wrong.

Can I return opened products?

Unfortunately no — for hygiene reasons we can't accept opened pouch cans. If you want to try a flavour or strength before committing to a full can, our Sampler Bundles give you a few flavours to test.

What if the wrong product arrives?

Email info@thesnuslife.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct product on next-day delivery and arrange a free return label for the wrong one.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of us receiving the return. After that, your bank typically takes 3–5 working days to post it back to your account.

Subscribe & Save

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Pick any eligible product, select a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks), and save 20% on every repeat order. Your subscription auto-renews — free to skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — you can pause for 1, 2, or 3 cycles from your account. You can also skip a single upcoming order without pausing the whole subscription.

Can I change the frequency or quantity?

Any time, from your account subscriptions page. Changes apply from the next scheduled order.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. If you cancel before your next charge, that order won't ship.

Is the 20% discount permanent?

Yes — as long as your subscription is active, every repeat order gets 20% off. Cancel and re-subscribe later and the discount resumes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account saves your address, stores your order history, and lets you manage subscriptions in one place.

Where can I see past orders?

Log into your account and everything is under Orders. You can re-order in one click and download invoices from there.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" You'll get a reset link by email. Check spam if you don't see it within a minute.

An item is missing from my order — what do I do?

Check the dispatch note — occasionally larger orders ship in two parcels. If nothing is on the way, email info@thesnuslife.com with your order number and the missing item. We'll send the replacement on next-day delivery.

Age verification & legality

Do you verify age at checkout?

Yes. Every order runs through an automated age-verification check. Any customer flagged as under 25 will also be ID-checked by the courier on delivery. We do not sell to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.

What's the legal age to buy nicotine pouches in the UK?

18+. We comply with all UK regulations on nicotine-containing products, including age restrictions, packaging, and marketing.

Do I need to show ID on delivery?

Not usually — age is verified at checkout. If the courier's delivery protocol flags a recipient as appearing under 25, they'll ask for valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card).
