Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday at 2:00pm GMT and Saturday at 10:30am GMT.

Orders placed before these cut-off times are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

We do not dispatch on Sundays or UK bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24. A premium tracked service with an estimated delivery time of 24 hours. Tracking is available throughout the journey.

Royal Mail Tracked 48. A tracked service with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days. Tracking is available throughout the journey.

Orders over £39.89 automatically receive free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping.

Royal Mail International Tracked. A fully tracked service with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. Royal Mail handles the shipment until arrival in the United States, after which USPS completes final delivery.

Orders over £237 (approximately $299 USD) automatically receive free Royal Mail International Tracked shipping.

Please note: the USD amount is approximate and based on prevailing exchange rates. The exact amount charged in USD at checkout will depend on your card issuer's exchange rate and any conversion fees.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. All Royal Mail services we offer are fully tracked, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

For international orders, Royal Mail tracks the parcel until it arrives in the destination country, after which the local postal service (such as USPS) takes over for final delivery.

If your tracking hasn't updated for 48 hours and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@thesnuslife.com and we'll chase the courier.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, USPS, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
