Shipping & Returns

• Free UK Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days), free on all UK orders over £39.99. Ordered by 2pm, ships the same working day.
• UK Standard Delivery — £2.49 on UK orders under £39.99, also via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days).
• Free US Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked (5–8 business days), free on US orders over $299 (≈£237 GBP). All US orders charge in GBP at checkout — your card processor handles the conversion.
• Same-day dispatch cut-off: 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after cut-off ship the next working day.
• We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

• EU countries: 3–5 working days, £7.99.
• Rest of Europe: 5–7 working days, £9.99.
• Import duties and local taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
• We currently don't ship outside Europe.

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves us. Most couriers also send an SMS the morning your parcel is out for delivery. You can always check progress inside your account under Orders.

If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours and the expected date has passed, email info@thesnuslife.com and we'll chase the courier.

• UK standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48
• European: DPD or DHL

• Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong.
• Contact us before posting anything back — we'll email you a return label and reference.

• We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your return.
• Your bank typically takes 3–5 working days to post the refund back to your account.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. We can't redirect them elsewhere.
• If you used a discount code, we refund the amount actually paid (discounted total), not the pre-discount price.

If anything arrives damaged, or we send the wrong item, email info@thesnuslife.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement on next-day delivery and arrange a free return label for the original.

For a partially missing order: check the dispatch note first — larger orders occasionally split into two parcels. If nothing is on the way, let us know and we'll dispatch the missing items the same working day.

1. Email info@thesnuslife.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with a return label and reference number — usually within one working day.
3. Pack the items securely, stick the label on, and drop at any Royal Mail or DPD drop point.
4. You'll get a confirmation email once we receive and process the return. Refund follows within 24 hours.
