Real quick, the cold mint from 77 at 10.4mg
Real quick, 77 Ice Mint is the cold mint pouch at a medium number, the one most people have in mind when they say cold mint. It sits in the Medium line of 77's standard range, 10.4mg a pouch with three dots on the lid, and Luna Corporate turns it out at its own plant in Poland. The maker's two words for this strength are intense and icy. When Ice is the whole name of a mint pouch, it means a cooling mint that runs cool and clean, with no fruit hiding in here. Fresh Mint is the easy one, Freeze Mint is the frozen one, and Ice Mint is the cold mint in between that most people land on.
Sharp, cool and clean for the whole pouch
Picture the strong mint from the tin in the console on a long drive, cold and sharp, a little sweetness tucked under it. That is the first pouch. The chill spreads fast, settles in, and stays level for the whole pouch without warming up or going flat near the end. It finishes crisp, and the next one picks up right where this one stopped. No surprises, just a cold mint that keeps its word.
10.4mg of nicotine, with Ice Mint one step up and one step down
Each slim pouch holds 10.4mg of nicotine. On our scale that is the medium band, 8mg to 16mg, and it is the second of 77's four steps. Ice Mint shows up on three: Light at 5.2mg one step down, this Medium can at three dots, then Strong at 15.6mg and four dots one step up. Ghost and VB Mini hold the top step at 20mg in a mini pouch. Slim pouches, 20 in every can, made in Poland. Bottom line, this is the everyday strength with a mint that stays cold start to finish.
