The Medium cherry, where most SNU regulars land
Straight up, Wild Cherry 12mg is the SNU can most regulars end up with. SNU sells tobacco free nicotine pouches through its own site in the UK, says they are made in the EU with Swedish expertise behind them, and keeps each flavor to a few set numbers. This is the cherry at 12mg, the step the brand labels Medium. Rub the spot on the lid and the cherry smell comes right up. One fruit, a middle number, nothing extra. No surprises.
Juicy cherry, a tart edge, no passengers
Real quick, think of the cherry filling in a hand pie from the gas station, rich and sweet with a tart bite under it. That is this pouch. The cherry comes in juicy and full, then a slightly sharp edge shows up to keep the sweetness in check. It stays cherry the whole way, no cola riding along, no mint, no extra fruit. It finishes smooth, with the tart note lasting a beat after the sweet one, and the last pouch tastes like the first.
12mg, the second of four cherry steps
Each pouch carries 12mg. Our scale calls that medium, the band from 8mg to 16mg, and in SNU's lineup it is step two of four. Wild Cherry 9mg sits under it as the Low can. Wild Cherry 18mg sits above it as the High can, and the Xtra High can tops out at 45mg per pouch, so this cherry goes the whole way up. Twenty slim white pouches in every can. Bottom line, it is the everyday number for this flavor.

Who buys the 12, and the two cans beside it
Wild Cherry 12mg fits adults who want one clear fruit flavor on an everyday number, and anyone moving up from the 9mg can who wants the same cherry with more under it. It suits people who find a flavor and stick with it. Want the cherry with cola along for the ride at the same number? Cherry Cola 12mg sits next to it on the shelf. Ready for the next step? Wild Cherry 18mg carries the same cherry on a bigger number. You're set.
