Straight up, Cold Mint 16mg is Denssi's plain mint pouch
Straight up, when somebody asks for a Denssi that is just mint, this is the can. Cold Mint 16mg comes from the 16mg Line, the stronger of the two lines the Finnish brand makes, and it is the clean mint in a lineup that leans on frosty fruit and a Viking look. No fruit, no candy sweetness, nothing stacked on top of the mint. Made in Europe, 20 pouches to a can, and easy to read at the counter. If you like your mint plain and your number real, keep reading.
Cool peppermint, pouch after pouch
Real quick, picture the mint you get from a fresh stick of peppermint gum at the gas station checkout, cool and clean with a little sweetness riding under it. That is the opening, and it holds. The chill sits behind the mint instead of running over it, so this reads as mint first and cold second. Brain Freeze is the colder can in the lineup; Cold Mint is the steady one. It finishes the way it starts, clean and cool, with no sharp turn at the end.
16mg, and where Cold Mint sits on Denssi's two lines
Each pouch carries 16mg. On our scale that is the strong band, which runs from 16mg to 25mg, and this can sits right at the bottom edge of it. Denssi keeps two lines, one at 8mg and one at 16mg, with the same seven flavors in each, so the only other Cold Mint is the 8mg can at half the number. Slim pouches, 20 in every can. Bottom line, this is a strong mint pouch with a plain name and no surprises.

The mint regulars who pick Cold Mint 16mg
Cold Mint 16mg is for adults who use strong pouches every day and want mint without a fruit twist or a deep freeze on top. Moving up from Denssi Cold Mint 8mg? Same flavor, twice the number, no learning curve. Want more chill? Brain Freeze 16mg from the same line is the coldest can Denssi makes, and Spearmint 16mg is the sweeter, softer mint at the same strength. Grab the one that fits and you're set.
