Spearmint, small enough to forget, from Fumi's mini line
Ask a Fumi regular for the quietest can on the shelf and they will hand you Spearmint Mini. It comes from the Swedish brand's Standard line, the 4mg rung, and it is one of four flavours Fumi makes in its smaller mini pouch. Helix Sweden AB makes it in Sweden and the pouches are tobacco free. Spearmint is the brand's softer mint, the green one rather than the icy one, and in the mini pouch it is about as low key as snus gets. Small pouch, gentle mint, no messing about.
Green mint, soft and sweet, through the whole load
The spearmint comes in soft and a little sweet, the taste of the green chewing gum you buy with the paper at the newsagent. It does not go icy and it does not sting. The mini pouch keeps the flavour gentle and even, and it stays that way from the start of the load to the last pouch in the can. The finish is clean and fresh, the kind you notice when you talk to someone afterwards. Proper easy going mint.
4mg in the mini pouch, with 8mg, 11mg and 15mg spearmint above
Each pouch carries 4mg of nicotine, which sits in our light band, 1mg to 8mg. Fumi's ladder has three lines: Standard at 4mg, Strong at 8mg, and Extra Strong at 11mg and 15mg, and Spearmint is one of only two flavours that climbs all three. Spearmint Mini sits on the bottom rung in the small white pouch, 20 to a can, while Fumi Spearmint 8mg, 11mg and 15mg carry the same green mint upwards in the slim pouch. So you can start small and climb as far as you like.

Who tucks the spearmint mini away, and the climb above it
This is a can for the snus user who wants mint without the cold, in a pouch nobody else will notice: the office, the train, a long film. It also suits anyone starting out who wants the smallest pouch and the lowest number Fumi makes. Ready for a bigger pouch? Fumi Spearmint 8mg is the same mint in the slim format with double the nicotine. Prefer your mint cold? Fumi Freezy Mint Mini 4mg is the icy one in the same small pouch. Give it a go.
